Annual Enrollment is November 16, 2026 through December 2, 2026. It is your opportunity to review your benefits and make choices for the year ahead. Take time to explore what's new for 2027, review the benefits and resources available to you, and make sure your elections continue to support you and your family.
Any changes you make during Annual Enrollment will be effective January 1, 2027.
A little preparation can make enrollment easier. Before you complete your elections:
Review your current elections and covered dependents. You can see your current benefits in Alight Worklife.
Read the 2027 updates. Review the Benefits Updates for 2027 below so you know what will be new or different beginning January 1.
Review your 2027 medical plan and network. If you are moving from a UHC PPO or High Deductible Plan to Anthem, review the plan you will be mapped to and confirm that your preferred doctors and facilities participate in the network that applies to you.
Finalize your 2027 benefits. Complete your elections in Worklife by December 2, 2026.
Most of your benefits will carry over automatically for 2027. However, if you're enrolled in the UHC PPO, Enhanced CDHP Value, or Base CDHP Savings Plan, you'll automatically transition to the corresponding Anthem plan. Surest members will be mapped to the UHC Surest CoPay Plan.
You must take action to change coverage, add or remove dependents, or elect an FSA. FSA elections do not carry over.
Even if you're not making changes, review your 2027 medical plan and confirm your providers are in-network before Annual Enrollment ends.

Review current elections, plan information, benefits plan summaries, and important documents, and complete your Annual Enrollment elections.
